2.In order to improve the wear resistance, hardness and corrosion resistance of tooling working surface, new heat treatment and surface treatment technology, especially surface treatment technology, must be adopted. In addition to the familiar surface hardening methods such as hard chromium plating and nitriding , chemical vapor deposition (CVD), physical vapor deposition (PVD) and salt bath metallizing (TD) can effectively improve the service life of the tooling and reduce the consumption of expensive materials.
