VSU (ZHUHAI) CO., LTD was established in March 2006, Specializing in all kinds of precision metal stamping parts/tool design, manufacturing and component assembly. We serve mainly in the consumer electrical and electronics, automotive and medical industries. Our international based customers are well represented in China, Europe, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines.
With a total registered capital of HK $11.2 million and 79 employees covering a factory area of 8000 square meters. Our facilities include more than 20 state of the art highly automated metal stamping machines from 25 to 250 ton. This coupled with a list of tool room equipments such as precision CNC Wire cut machines, large grinder, precision grinder, digital milling/drilling machine, lathe, EDM, punching machine. Secondary process equipments include welding, riveting, tapping,laser marking machine. We have customized environmental friendly degreasing and cleaning lines and metal/plastic automatic assembly lines.
Our quality inspection equipment include Optical imaging smart scope and CMM machines. We are certified with ISO9001:2015, IATF16949:2016, ISO14001:2015 and ISO13485:2016 international quality system management.
